Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical product?
All art prints are available as digital downloads only. Physical products include stickers, enamel pins and tote bags and listed as such in the listings.
How do I print my artwork?
There are multiple methods of printing I recommend:
- You can print at home on high-quality paper. Refer to your printer's make and model for recommended types and weights.
- Order through an online print service such as Giclee Factory, Amazon, or Staples.
- Support your local print shop and place your print order there.
What size can I print my printable art in?
Every printable art listing includes 6 different sizes for your printing needs:
- A6 (4.1x5.8 inches)
- 8x10 inches
- A4 (8.3x11.7 inches)
- 11X14 inches
- A3 (11.7x16.5 inches)
- 16X20 inches
The print sizes included are standard printing sizes but can be adjusted smaller within your computer or printers settings.
What if the size I need is not included?
Please contact me through Etsy for custom sizing.
What types of printable files will be included in my purchase?
Printable files included are PNG’s. If another file type is needed please contact me before purchase.
What paper should I use?
I prefer a heavier cardstock, premium matte paper and hahnemuhle papers for printing at home. However, I strongly recommend researching your printer and seeing what paper is best suited for. Some paper is not suited for inkjet printers or laser which could lead to a less-than-desirable finished product so be sure to check your product specs.
Can I use print it yourself art for commercial purposes?
No, please contact me for licensing possibilities.
Do you accept returns / exchanges?
Etsy automatically does not allow returns on digital products but my aim is your satisfaction. If the print does not match your expectations please contact me for a resolution. I am happy to resolve and assist in any issues for you.
